Saline Implants: Saline implants are a safe and adjustable option. Filled with sterile salt water, these implants offer a firmer feel and can be easily modified for size, ensuring a customizable and tailored enhancement to achieve the desired look.

Silicone Implants: Also known as cohesive gel Implants, these implants mimic the texture of natural breast tissue, providing a more subtle and realistic result. Choose silicone for a smooth and durable enhancement that complements your body’s contours with a touch of sophistication.

Minimizing the risk of infection is paramount in any surgical procedure, and our commitment to safety extends to all our surgeries. Employing a meticulous approach, our skilled surgeon utilizes a No-Touch Technique, incorporating a Keller Funnel for implant placement. This innovative method ensures that the implant, housed in its sterile packaging, traverses through the sterile funnel directly to the breast, eliminating any contact with the skin. Experience the highest standard of care with our advanced surgical techniques.

Breast implants are not considered lifetime devices and may require replacement over time. The duration they last can vary depending on factors such as implant type, lifestyle, and individual physiology. Typically, implants may last anywhere from 10 to 20 years before requiring replacement due to reasons such as rupture, capsular contracture, or changes in aesthetic preferences.

Breast augmentation with implants primarily focuses on enhancing breast volume and shape. However, in some cases where there is significant sagging or ptosis of the breasts, a breast lift (mastopexy) may be recommended alongside implant placement to achieve optimal results. This decision is usually based on individual anatomy and desired outcome, and it will be discussed during your consultation with a plastic surgeon.

The need for overnight stay after breast augmentation surgery largely depends on the surgical approach, your overall health, and the surgeon’s preferences. In many cases, breast augmentation is performed as an outpatient procedure, allowing patients to return home the same day after a brief period of observation. However, some surgeons may recommend an overnight stay for closer monitoring, particularly if additional procedures are performed simultaneously or if there are concerns about post-operative recovery.

While some immediate changes may be noticeable after breast augmentation surgery, the final results typically emerge gradually over several weeks to months as swelling subsides, tissues settle, and implants settle into their desired position. Patients can expect to see significant improvement within the first few weeks, with final results becoming apparent after several months once the healing process is complete.

It’s important to note that breast surgery, including augmentation, can occasionally affect milk production and breastfeeding. The extent of this impact varies depending on factors such as surgical technique, incision placement, and individual anatomy. Many women with breast implants successfully breastfeed their infants, but it’s advisable to discuss any concerns with your surgeon prior to surgery.

All patient’s recovery process differs depending on your body and healing speed. A fully detailed pre- and post-op plan will be provided to you.
